Pet Care Depot
Absolutely A Must Have Addition To Your Furry Family!
“Pet Care Depot is employed by an amazing staff, and run by owners who actually care about their business and YOUR pet. We quit the major pet supply chains as soon as we stepped foot into Pet Care Depot and were greeted by their caring, endearing, and loving staff. They go above and beyond their job description in order to make sure their patrons are more then satisfied and pet needs are met. If you have a pet problem, product need, or just need to stop by to pick up a bone or tub of cat nip for your fur baby, this is the place to go! We highly recommend any cat or dog owner to shop at this spot. If they don't carry an item you need, they go out of their way to find it for you, then personally call you to notify you when your product has arrived. They will put it behind the counter with your name on it and will hold it until you are able to come and pick it up. We refuse to shop any where else. They are like family, and treat you and your pet the same. I can only hit 3 stars, but they deserve beyond 5! You can also meet their two kitties they rescued from behind their medford location who are just two tiny fur balls of love. They have an awesome life now because of them, and a full store to run freely in with anything they wish to get their little paws on. We strongly suggest you stop in and meet this crew!\n\nMuch love to them!\nCorey and Jenn\n\nFur babies Maison and Kizziyah”

The Pet Zone
Hurt and Robbed
“Due to your Watertown manager needing a 1200.00 gift for free since my husband paid for it and we were told he was going to try to get our money back because our puppy being sick and having special needs instead took our dog immediately from the store with him and disposed of it. When I called the store to talk to your manager the clerk informed me someone just bought and gave him a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, I said no he is my dog a gift from my husband and I hand not given him my pup and to please contact him and let him know that my dog is not to be given to anyone unless he is returning our 1200.00. I even went so far as to call Eric and he assured me he'd solve the problem. The last call I received from the Watertown manager included several kids and their voices and opinions and he was quite the thug. He asked what did I want and I said I wanted either my dog or my money and he said okay. Eric had done the same. But the next day I got a call from Eric that sounded friendly to start with but ended up with us being told that we are not getting our dog because even though Jerry was told not to get rid of our pup he had and they didn't feel like getting it back. I said so are you saying you sold us a dog and knowing it was sick too and not theirs to give gave it away? He said yes thats it and I don't have to put up with this sh**.\n\nWell talking about sh** that is the problem the 5lb, 4 month old dog had. She had covered a five foot area 2 days in a row in our home with pasty stool and urine. We couldn't play with her and she had to do the same outside every hour. We took her to a vet and asked was it normal for the dog to fit in one hand at 4 months, not have hair on its stomach side, and feel so hot and have seizure activity and choking noises but to have so much fecees. She said she couldn't treat the dog because she might get sicker and if it continued that we would have to put her in the vets to have her fed IV and hydrated IV.\n\nMy husband has just served 4 years in Afghanistan and is by no means a fool as was said by your employees. I would like them to fly a 9.5 million dollar and fly the highest digniteries in this country as well as fight in as many wars. We are both Vets, and finally were able to have the time for some peace, so the tears of the FOOL come for a reason. For once this family would have had a husband, grandfather, son, brother, husband to share a holiday and normal things. I hope your employees enjoyed the FOOLS protection in this country so they could curse and call grown 55 year old people fools. The girl whom I've never talked to who felt she had to call me a b*tch needs not to get on phones with such a disability of the mouth. The conversations to resolve this situation were the worst. Not one would allow us the information to reach MR.Bell. To add to the horrible theft, your manager called in a childlike toying way and asked if I would like to thank the people who now have taken our problem away. The sarcasm of loosing a dog and money and pain left in this family by your employees will be what is remembered the most as the soldiers ask my husband how's the new puppy as he is a very respected Pilot and officer, his opinion does matter, otherwise he wouldn't fly dignitaries around. 30 years of service isn't a small price to pay for freedom.I'm sorry your employees think asking nicely for what is mine is wrong, but promising something something that you know isn't well or the age or the breed you represent isn't right at all. ”
